This devilish Pokeboy has a body made entirely of wax, it aids him with his nasty plot of ensnaring trainers. He has the power to control and mould the wax that oozes from his body. The light he shines tricks any unsuspecting or lost into following. And when he has seized his prize, he'll suck out the poor guy's "life force".
