Sylette, the Stormbringer

The harpies lives on many tribes throughout the mountains and even tho they are not actually united into a single kingdom of their own, per se, they all respect the advice, and sometimes orders, of the Stormbringer, a powerful harpy who is born exactly 3 years after the previous Stormbringer passes, it isn’t affected by blood nor status, any harpy in the tribes may be born with this trait that’s easily seen at birth due to their black feathers, no other harpy in their territory has it. Sylette was born in an average household but as soon as her black wings were attested by the higher-ones she was taken from her biological family, it’s a tradition that the Stormbringer shall not be allowed to know exactly who their biological family are, that way, they will guard all the tribes equally. As for her powers, the Stormbringer can control the weather as she sees fit, as she is one with Mother Nature
