Cyla was an elf born in a traditional priest family, they had strict traditions to follow and from very early Cyla’s been studying and diligently following everything but no matter how much she did it was never enough to neither her parents nor her family, one day tho, she met a family member who she liked, they said they were a cousin and they supported and praised Cyla through thick and thin when she was a child and teen, and they were the reason Cyla was able to keep doing what everyone expected of her, until one day, her parents found out about this ‘cousin’ and it wasn’t like Cyla was trying to hide her friendship nor anything it was just they didn’t had any interest before, but they blamed her for hiding, told she had no cousin like that and she wasn’t to see them anymore. That was the last straw, Cyla couldn’t accept it and went to talk to her cousin, they told her the truth, they weren’t really cousins, they were actually a demon, it surprised Cyla but she was kinda happy they weren’t really her family because she didn’t like them anymore and decided to join with her demon friend, together they became a corrupter, many say the corrupters are demons who deceive others to deviate them from the good path but Cyla believes what she is doing is a good thing, showing people who were like her that they can follow their hearts instead rules.
