Amos has the most tragic story but also, wow, fair play for the achievements he's reached too and the loyalty he possesses. I'm so glad that Bobbi is now talking to Alex without the snark and let's hope he will help towards the issues Mars faces and do what's right. Monica clearly knows too much and someone is trying to silence her but luckily Holden wont let that happen.

Apart from the deserved praise that we've lavished on The Expanse, be it the gorgeous visuals, the monumental storytelling or the nuanced character development, I think whoever is incharge of the casting on this show deserves a shoutout. They could've picked any random child to play kid Amos, but no, not this show. I believed it was Amos. And Filip is possibly the greatest casting choice in all of television. He looks like a perfect harmony of Marco and Naomi. What a show.

2025-09-04 14:12:46 +0000 UTCOne of the things that this series does very well is that it keeps several "storylines" going without one feeling like the main one. They all are important pieces to the grand storyline and are treated like such. Now I have my favorite, as I assume we all have, but they are all highly entertaining. For me, and I guess for you as well, following Amos on his emotional homecoming is that storyline. He is very close to beeing a psychopath but he seems aware of it beeing a problem and is actively trying to "behave" for lack of a better word. I think he has emotions and empathy but that he has utterly submerged them as a self defence mechanism to survive his horrifying childhood.
