I do need to update my tiers when I can, please be patient and bare with me for this. I plan to post The Expanse on Wednesdays, The X Files on Thursdays and Wednesday TV show on Fridays. Once Wednesday is complete, I will most likely be adding another X Files reaction in this slot.

I agree with the poll, since I missed it. It is similar to Supernatural. There is an overarching story, but there are a ton of filler episodes. And while fillers are not too important, there are some good ones. I would maybe say post important episodes on YT, then do a highlight reel for MOTW stories? Either way, its a fun show that influenced many shows after it.

It's been a long time since I've watched The X-Files, and I'm keen to go through it again. Similar to you, I didn't watch it when it was new, but it was on in my house when I was a kid. It was my older sister who would have it on sometimes. I didn't end up watching it myself until years later, and while there are definitely a lot of "filler"/"case of the week" episodes, ultimately it's a very good show in totality and worth going through from start to finish. (Technically I did skip the last season or so but I won't go into why)
