Update 10/27/24 - Thought Processes and Techincal Issues!

Sorry for the hold up on doing what I said would be two of these a month! So lets talk. I been noticing lately some people making videos about comic dub farms, and there nature. So I feel the need to at least go through what I do when it comes to making dubs themselves.

First off, I beat this into the head when mentioned yet I always ask permissions from the artists in general when I do dubbing on there art. I know some creators are super fine off hand of people doing there stuff, yet a written clear cut ok from them is what I prefer. Second there is no rhyme or reason often to what dubs I go for, usually if I have a strong desire to do them, I will. I may sometimes do a trendy topic but will taper off it to do another thing if I find myself wanting a change. Its why I sometimes drop off of Warhammer, because to much often makes me feel tired.

Third is the voice actors I work with, they are generally pretty chill and free to opt out anytime so if they choose. Every actor I work with so far has been incredible in there talents and will never replace them with generative AI voices that has sadly become prevalent. Fourth is the content I do, I won't pretend that at times it doesn't get a tad lewd, however other then doing light censors to make sure things are ok by YT reviews they are classified as fine, and some times they will get hit with a restrictions. Going by this I would like to believe I have been playing generally nice with what youtube does allow. (Because trust me, I do hold back and am shock with what others put that I dare not touch.)

Thumbnail wise I don't alter to much of what is there or insert words not in the dub into it, I prefer to let the artists art speak for it self. I tend to avoid high fandom type dubs for this reason unless I am super into it, but that can invite certain unwelcome crowds and things often get messy. Case in point Murder drones / Amazing digital circus. Love those shows, would dub them but I feel do to the nature of certain channels I often give it a bit of a pass. (Also I have my videos mark as: not labeled for kids as well)

Five, I am but one man and not back by any corpo, everything down to the editing is done by me. I have gotten numerous emails to try and join some weirdly back group of.. managers? Its suspect so I keep away from those sorts. Finally, six I editing in Davinci Resolve, nothing super fancy like adobe, and while it has been very good for my needs it is limited in some of its scope.

Anyway, why does my content revolve around at times girls? Because Girls are pretty, especially the Monster Type. (Of course, boys as well.)

Anyway, a bit winded I know but I wanted to get this off my chest. Other thing to note lately there is a quirk im currently dealing with Youtube on, and trying to get it fix.
