You can unlock her sooner by going to the town and than go up the stairs to the temple and jump 10 to 15 times in front of the door and a message will show up saying that you can use her.Than go down the stairs and you can find here there and talk to her and you will play as her.
This trick may not work in future updates to the game.
There is this file called 1Hide Weapon_P.pak
It will hide the weapon that the Ninja uses. Its always on her back.
Installation:
Send the pak file to
Ed-0 - Zombie Uprising\edozero\Content\Paks\~mods
You have to create the ~mods folder inside Paks folder.

Its also the fastest way to unlock that character because you would have to go to nearly the end of the game to unlock her.
