Ya he got 2 years for participating in 2011 English Riots. To be fair, it doesn't sound like he did too much. He accepted stolen goods from a looter and was on video holding a molotov cocktail but never lit it. His charge was "violent disorder". He also got arrested in 2009 for possession of marijuana which is why he wasn't in the last couple Harry Potter movies.
