I love shopping at ALDI. But maaaaannnnnn if you've ever shopped at a Publix....good GAWD that's some good shopping. Feel like a King going in and poor as a pauper coming out. But it sure was a pleasure.

2023-11-24 06:50:38 +0000 UTCAs some one that lives in German and regularly shops at Aldi I can say that Aldi is a mixing pot here in Germany. no matter how rich or poor you are you are getting your day to day shit at Aldi. Only because it is so convenient and any (German in slot with translation ahead) Lack Affe (paint sniffing monkey) understands the system. The only reason You go to a higher up shop is if you are hosting a party and want to be a pretentious dick head. Other wise you just shop at aldi. Ps Aldi’s actual story. there are actually two separate Aldi’s Aldi nort and Aldi Süd (north and south) the reason why is because the company’s Aldi was actually a family run company by two brothers. till the two brothers got in to a big tiff on how they wanted to run things and then the on brother basically just said. “Ok well fuck this. you want it your way I want it my way and neither of us want to compromise sooooooooooo…. how about we just split the company in two. you take north and I take south and we see how’s is better?” And unfortunately both brothers died with out reconciling with each other and both of them were multi millionaires and got buried across from each other. On in the north. And the other in the south both of there Tombstones facing each other. Pps if your wondering witch aldi went global it’s aldi south.
