Dear AL, Thank you for making Intemperence such an entertaining and immersive story. As a fan of both music history and fiction, I loved how you brought the world of Jake and Matt to life, I’m curious about the inspirations behind your story. Were there particular bands, concerts, or music industry figures from the era that influenced the creation of Intemperence and their journey? It's obvious that you did a lot of research on this tale and I couldn’t help but wonder about the real-life events or personalities that might have shaped your writing. She remains mostly in the background (she started as a shy intern back in Book II) but is wickedly smart and takes sound as seriously as Nerdly, which is why they are compatible. She does take charge and babysit Nerdly when needed and she is turned on when Nerdly asserts himself. What else should I throw in there?

I first started reading your work when Nick Scipio took a break and advised his readers of his favorite authors. I exhausted everything on your SOL page. You took a break - even if for a valid reason - and I have to say I was pretty bummed. Jake would say, “What a rip.” I enjoy all your stories, but I’m a fan because you’re so good at character development bringing them to life. Speaking of, I was expecting a little more of Mrs. Nerdly. I think there’s a take charge moment she’ll surprise Mr. Nerdly with when the time comes. Perhaps when they move to their new domicile. Anyway, keep up the good work. I’ve already read all the other stories you’ve recently sent out and it’s a great start of my day when I have another notice of a story posted.
