This month I'll be back on the beach, (hopefully avoiding pelicans this time). I'll be learning to speak Spanish and encouraging you to 'Eat At Joe's'... then I'll be eating at Joe's. In fact, I'll be filling my face a lot this month. Isn't that what summer holidays are all about?
