And his fall from grace and transformation into Darther Vader is tragic. Also fun fact: Yoda wanted Leia instead of Luke because he thought she would actually get the job done. According to "legend" stories, Yoda would technically be correct. She would never be successful but if she was trained as a jedi, she would have made many attempts on vaders life.
