Commiting
Added 2022-02-28 22:55:53 +0000 UTCNever had a meditation practice longer than 90 days-- and that was 7 years ago due to a challenge that I signed my name to, saying that if I didn't, I would cut my hair off-- but as the world continues to turn in ever more tightening, constricting and frightening ways, it's time for me to think of meditation like a shower. I've been doing it for the past few days, and come March 1st tomorrow I'm gonna commit.
