Tomorrow’s YouTube video
Added 2020-10-20 17:24:14 +0000 UTCHere is your advance look at tomorrow’s YouTube video. I have had a lot of people ask me about rehab, especially with the release of the Better Now video and the meaning behind it. I felt the time was right to talk about my experience, and if you’ve more questions I’d happy try and answer more in the future! X
Just a reminder - you're part of my Patreon community who gets access to my videos before they're released more widely. So let's keep this one between us - but feel free to share it once it's live on YouTube tomorrow!

Posted to fast..: as I generally find some of the tv-programmes with Dr Phil... But in some contexts people can benefit some or a lot from so many programmes and postings - If not finding them being too much "tocix positivty or invalidating or whatever might not do good for everyone always. I do not find that Janets youtube-channea and forums being any of these of these and the work she's/you doing Janet in whatever shapes is something to be proud of <3 And now I realize I'm going to send this comment I'm writing without being able to see the words I'm writing here in this comment anylonger on my computer screen... :-P So please let me know if there's something that doesn't feels right in this comment... <3

2020-10-26 06:29:57 +0000 UTCI realised the same thing some hours after having listened this one above on YouTube, and I'm sorry becasue I had shared it on Facebook after listening to it on YouTube, and when I found out it probably wansn't meant to be shared I removed it from my fb and posted the version that now is on you tube. Mark Doeherty I do understand what you mean although I personally find these more serious and not as gasligting as programmes with Take good care! <3

2020-10-22 21:09:37 +0000 UTCI commented on the youtube channel but just wanted to say that you should be proud of all that you do, I see your career turning more in the direction of Dr Phil someday. You just have that ability to reach inside of people and opening them up without them realizing that you did it.

2020-10-21 10:58:53 +0000 UTCOh wow, that was powerful. I wasn't expecting it to be that deep, but it was (in a good way). You helped us to see what it is like on the other side of the curtain. Keep on smiling and realize you're giving us a lot of positive energy. Thanks for being there for us.

2020-10-20 23:26:48 +0000 UTCYour rehabilitation experience seemed to be transformational! Thanks for sharing these special thoughts and important feelings with me. I can now imagine how the donkeys and drums became a good experience for me. I am inspired that you made great friends there too! Congratulation!

2020-10-20 21:48:58 +0000 UTCFunny enough I recently reconnected with a old friend not long ago, he phoned me on his way home from "hockey camp" that's what they call rehab around here. There is no shame in getting help when you need it. Out of the group of friends that guy and I hung around with, most have had some time at "Hockey camp". Massive respect for sharing your stumbles, they might help the next kid avoid them, or help someone get help when they need it❤

2020-10-20 20:02:19 +0000 UTCOnce again you have put feelings out there to try and help others, great to hear how going through rehab helped you get to the point that you feel happy in yourself.

2020-10-20 19:48:55 +0000 UTCNot as dark and sad as I think who are you? I was very shocked that they take away coffee when I was hospitalized, not rehab just a danger to myself, at the time I was taking in 5 grams of caffeine a day, and suddenly there was one pot that we had to share. Anyway really good job, you're an amazing lass, have a good night.

2020-10-20 19:18:56 +0000 UTCThank you for being so brave and sharing this. Especially loved the skipping comment as one of my granddaughters gave me the best compliment, "Grandpa you are a good skipper." Hope that when I am lucky enough to finally meet you, you will permit me the honor of skipping with you too.

2020-10-20 17:54:48 +0000 UTCStevie Nicks said that of all her addictions, her 8 year dependence on the benzo Klonopin was the worst, and she feels that those are lost years.
