Hey everyone! August was a busy one — with Neon Vein dropping back-to-back chapters and plenty of momentum carrying us forward. Thanks so much for all the feedback and energy around those releases.

Now, with September underway, here’s what you can expect:

We’ll be starting off with the next chapter of Price of Perfection in the first half of the month. This one sees Mia finally taking Claire’s advice and heading home to visit her mother. It’s been a while since their last meeting, and Linda’s been up to quite a bit in the meantime — you might say she’s been keeping herself busy 😉. Plus, Niamh will be rejoining the mix, which should lead to some really fun and unpredictable moments.

Later in the month, we’ll close things out with the poll leader — The Lab Rat. Since that one’s been voted to the front of the line, it’ll be my focus for the second half of September, with a release planned for the end of the month.

On the side, I’ve also been experimenting with Sora again, testing out a new visual preset. I’ve already got a few images set aside, and I’ll be sharing some of those as little visual treats along the way. Look forward to this particular release if you're interested in seeing visual references/tidbits for story ideas I may explore in the future.

And for those following Neon Vein closely: I do know where I want to take the next chapter, but after the double-dose in August, I think the series could use a short breather this month. Don’t worry, it’s not going anywhere — just taking a backseat while we focus on other stuff.

And since we’re heading into autumn, here’s a little bonus thought: if you’ve been following me long enough either here or elsewhere, you know for a fact I’ll be doing something for Halloween in October. An opportunity to go crazy and do something messed up? Maybe! Nothing’s set in stone yet — I might do a follow-up to The Box from a couple of years ago, or something else entirely. If you’ve got ideas or suggestions for this year’s Halloween piece, I’d love to hear them.
