This is the first time I've spoken directly to my stalwart pledges in a long time. I hope you've all been either enjoying or appreciating The Wait; the next part is bubbling up. I revived (no pun intended) a project a while ago that I'd like to show you now. My narrative work on Caves of Qud continues apace, and I'm proud to say that Freehold has teamed up with the publisher of indie masterpiece Dwarf Fortress, Kitfox Games! Jessi Sheron, the brilliant artist behind the Little Mermaid make-it-better graphic novel The Sea in You, has decided to adopt me as a collaborator for her differently brilliant horror project, The Other Happy Place. cw for violence, serious body horror and bugs. I've been providing microfiction and captions for the successfully funded art book, and though release has been delayed due to health issues and life events, it's the better part of the way to ready.
