0.14.5 Early Release

It's not live on my server yet, but you can download it from Megaupload. Thanks for your support. It is early in the month, so I may add a few things to the release before July's end. But I wanted to hear some early opinions from you all on the new features and elements.

New scenes:
Goth girl when working on weekends.
New girlfriend scene.
Three new 'spend time with her' gyaru scenes. Including a low stamina event.
Changes:
After school now has 2 "time slots". Some activities can only be done in the afternoon or evening.
Dialogue boxes for every character to help distinguish text and add some visual flair.
Replaced inferior double hyphen with superior em dash for abruptly silenced thoughts, dialogue and other such things.
The first time the therapist pushes chastity on you, you can now properly decline - with variation depending on corruption and other states.
Favicon added.
Some repeatable therapist activities can now be accessed for cash.
