Recently, there has been no big news from the front and no battles. Now is the time of rains, the fields are swampy and cold. Our troops are very slowly pushing out the Russian orcs. The fighting is going on in many directions. A few days ago there was a serious attack that killed about 700-800 Russians. It was also a good day when we shot down 3 Russian helicopters. Separately, I want to note the attack on Russian ships in the Sevastopol Bay. It turned out (did not know about it) there are sea drones. It's like a fast kayak loaded with explosives. Due to its small size, it is practically invisible to radar and can be used quite successfully to attack the Russian fleet. So 3 Russian ships were attacked. There is video from these drones before the explosion. It didn't sink them, but it did serious damage.
After this attack, Putin announced that Russia was pulling out of the grain deal. This means that he will again block any ships in the Black Sea. Even though he has no right to. The Black Sea is international waters. (We are an agricultural country and we grow a lot of grain for many countries of the world. Lack of supplies can cause famine there.)
But Erdogan (President of Turkey, acted as a guarantor of transactions) firmly stated that he would not allow this and the ships would continue to carry grain. What does conflict mean. If Putin blows up the ships, he will now have to deal with the Turkish army. So for now, all is well. The ships are busy with business, and Putin had to shut his mouth.
However, he continues to shell especially important objects of our country, namely, power plants and gas pipelines. Some junction stations were completely destroyed. Not subject to repair. In many cities, it is customary to turn off the lights for 6-10 hours every day. This greatly slows down life and work. Friends in Kyiv don't know what to do. If this continues, they will have to move. It's impossible to work. It will be real cold soon, and without electricity there will be no heating.
There are fewer power outages in our city, so for now I can work normally. But everyone is afraid that things will get worse. Now it is impossible to buy UPS or powerful batteries in stores across the country. I managed to buy a 100Ah battery, but I don't have a UPS. Still need to get a couple of solar panels.
These are my thoughts and concerns right now.
Oh, and I have good news, I passed my exams and got my driver's license. I'm very happy. That was not easy. It remains only to buy a car :)
Have a nice day, everyone.
