A word from Adam about the situation

I was recently responding to a Patron that was understandably upset after realizing they were donating to a project that Mark wasn't even putting an honest effort into. Here is my response and it is one that I believe all of you should be hearing as well:

I sincerely apologize on behalf of Mark for this. I had tried to address it and fix the issue in every way possible. I tried everything to motivate him and nothing worked. We all fell for his empty promises and it was naive of me to continue believing him each time. I gave him too many chances, mostly because he was a friend I was genuinely trying to help get on his own feet. I was trying to set him up in life and he kept spitting in my face. 

I'm taking many steps to ensure this doesn't happen again. I'm in the middle of going through applications to have multiple editors on the channel, each responsible for different Adum Plaze series. It's a per-video commission basis so if an editor takes time away from the channel and needs to focus on other life aspects like school or other jobs, it won't take away from the channel and the gaps will easily be filled in by the other editors working on the channel. All of their content is to go through me before being published, so each video will be up to the standard of quality that I expect. One of these videos is already published on the channel (Adum Plaze Saw Part 3) and they are only going to get better. Considering that was Tayvan Dorsey's first attempt at a Plaze video, I'm already very impressed and looking forward to seeing where his work goes from here. There are other editors already working on projects right now as well and I'm excited to share with you what they've sent me so far.

Mark made all of the revenue from both the Patreon campaign and the channel's ad money. I never even made so much as a penny off of this, but I am completely 100% willing to refund you for up to 3 months of your Patreon donations upon request. I'm partially responsible for the whole scenario getting to this point that it did, and I feel obligated to prove that the manipulative dishonesty Mark was promoting here isn't what I'm about at all. I would rather the wasted money come from me than from any of you. You weren't informed about the situation and there was nothing you could have done to prevent it. Please send me a DM if you would like to request a refund. I'm sorry for allowing this to continue on for longer than it should have. I'll be making a major Patreon update video for this campaign and you will not be charged until those updates are published and sent to you. I genuinely appreciate all of the support you've given so far. Thank you.
