Lot of you asked me for publishing my realtime LEGO system inside Touchdesigner
Here is a clean project file if you want to discover the technique.
Nothing very fancy actually, just some limits (TOPs and CHOPs) to quantize the space and create a proper 3D grids suitable for lego bricks.
The only issue of these nodes is that instances will overlap at same spots, so i created a DATs network to optimize that and leave only one piece per spot (deleting points with the exact same position). It's very needed in large scale scenes, to keep good performance.
Tell me if tou want further informations, or if you also need a tutorial for better understanding.
