skin care and weight loss tips??

I’ve always been a veggie. Ive cut out (mostly) drinking during the week. I’ve added more eggs and seeds to my diet. I work out mostly everyday. This has been a routine since around January and I’m still struggling to see any results - any suggestions would be appreciated!!!

Interesting, firstly congrats!! Throughout this did you still have moments of eating bad food? (For me, when I’m hungover on a Sunday it’s dominos - which ruins my week)

Not sure how long you’ve been at it, but for my weight loss journey this past year, one of the biggest things has been patience - from what I’ve read, it’s healthy to lose 1-2 pounds per week… but it can feel so slow and get demoralizing sometimes. For me that’s been the hardest part: sticking with it and focusing on the long-term progress.

Eat less, move more. 10k steps and day and use my fitness pal or something to properly track your calories in. It's dead easy, all about just commiting to it
