Now, I'm going to write an article on miscellaneous topics. It's been a while.

As long as I have made it a point to send vegetables, I have to take care of that thought on a daily basis, and I am still doing a pretty good job with my diet.


I am now 33 years old, and more and more creators of the same age are starting to feel the fatigue in their bodies.... This is not simply due to age, but rather the effects of long-term inactivity. We really have to be careful.

Because of my physical constitution and personality, I am not an energetic, short-term, decisive type, but more like the tortoise side of the hare and tortoise, the type that builds up over a long-term marathon.

(I don't know if the fairy tale of the hare and the tortoise is universal. Sorry if you don't know.)

For a long time, I hated myself for being lazy and lethargic without energy, but now I realize that if I have too much energy, I run the risk of getting rattled in a short period of time because I skip through my physical ailments without regard.


I am also frail, so I fuss and fuss at the slightest trouble, but I have also come to realize that this has the advantage of avoiding serious illnesses.


Fortunately, I live such a healthy life that I look the youngest I've ever looked, and I was the oldest when I was about 20.

These days, my style is based on nosh, a monthly subscription-based self-service hospital-style frozen meal, to which I add side dishes as my heart desires.

Set meal at Nosh

Steamed spring cabbage

Frozen blueberries

Natto (fermented soybeans)

Packaged rice

Half a can of mackerel

Miso soup with wakame seaweed

Honey blue cheese (Stilton cheese)

This is the composition. It's a simple menu, so I can make it in about 15 minutes.

I snack on nuts, and recently I've been licking honey with nests in it. I've also been taking a lot less supplements.




I am also into VR table tennis.

I used to be a member of a ping-pong club, so I know what I'm talking about. It's a natural sport and I'll be soaked in sweat in 20 to 30 minutes.

I've been able to get into the world ranking of 2000-1000 consistently. 

In addition, since I usually work at a standing desk, I rarely sit down in my daily life, and since I drink whey protein every step of the way, my leg muscles are lengthening. I like sports. But I'm not good at it. I think this is one of the reasons why I was so energetic at the concert...
