Upcoming Changes To Anime 'Ad Free Access' / Early Access Content

Hi everyone!

Merry Christmas to us, Vimeo has decided to "bless" me with a fun project to do over the Winter Holidays... yay... (obvious sarcasm). So if you guys didn't know, Vimeo used to give me 20gb of bandwidth per week. This easily allowed for me to post multiple reactions per week, like with Arcane S2. Now they are increasing the total price to $360 a year, for only 1TB - not even for 1TB a year, just 1TB. Now, other YouTubers have had issues with Vimeo in the past, and it is completely possible that even on my previous plan of 20gb per week, if I hit 1TB of total storage Vimeo would have not been too happy about that. But I was paying the previous price (around $288) under the impression I'd get 20gb of storage forever - maybe it never was like that, but either way, that's not happening now. I feel like the price hike is unreasonable and I'd like to get out of this now before there's too much content on my Vimeo and before I feel like I'm trapped to keep paying or something.

So here's what I think is going to have to happen:

1. For things very immediate, such as Beastars Season 3, I am no longer going to do a separate YouTube upload and Vimeo upload. Instead, I will edit one version, the YouTube version, and patrons will get a link to an unlisted YouTube video. This means that unfortunately I will not be able to provide 'Ad Free Access' anymore as a Patreon perk, because the videos on YouTube will always have ads.

2. For anything that has been uploaded on YouTube already in it's Full Length Timer + Subtitle capacity, such as Arcane, I am going to remove the Vimeo versions. I believe I stopped doing highly edited reactions after Migi & Dali and I'm In Love With The Villainess, so in terms of what is already up on YouTube and is completely fine, it should be: Frieren, Erased, Spice and Wolf, Sign of Affection, Dungeon Meshi, Hazbin and RWBY V9. Of course I will make sure to double check before I delete anything. But you may start to notice files slowly disappearing as I try to gauge whether or not deleting some shows could free up enough space to downgrade my account to a less expensive Vimeo plan.

3. For anything that I know for a fact used to be edited and is ONLY on Vimeo as a Full Length Time Sync, including: Odd Taxi, Beastars Season 2, some of Attack on Titan, Shadows House Season 2, Cyberpunk, Oshi No Ko and some of Arcane Season 1, Migi & Dali as well as I'm In Love With The Villainess, I will attempt to download these and reupload them to YouTube unlisted. Some of you may remember, but this is how I used to deliver my old reactions (depending on the reaction, like Madoka or Shadows House S1 you may still be able to find shows I did the YouTube method for). Of course this may not be a full list and I will make sure to double check anything before I delete.

4. For things that were Patreon Only, such as RWBY x Justice League and Your Name, I will try to upload those to YouTube unlisted and reprovide the links. For Video Commissions, like Princess Principal, Symphogear, and other things like RWBY Ice Queendom, I will put them in an unlisted playlist, but have them accessible for anyone to find.

I think that's everything. I still have quite a bit of time before my Vimeo subscription is meant to renew, and even though I think I'm going to start chipping away at it day by day, the changes won't be happening over night. The biggest, immediate change is going to be in regards to Beastars Season 3 which I was in the process of doing for you guys.
