First Goal Reached - Hello Multi-Cam!

True to my word, I've gotten a second camera (endoscope) and have been working on a multi-camera version of Octolapse. Soon you'll be able to capture several Octolapses at the same time.
You can enable or disable any number of cameras, and you'll be able to see the latest snapshot from any of your connected cameras.
If you are using mjpg-streamer you will need to configure your additional camera streams first, and I'm still testing my rpi3 b+ to make sure that it can handle the extra load, but so far so good.
