I know it can be a sensitive topic for some, but I do not mind sharing my thoughts with you at all! First, I rewatched that segment where berleezy said “I wouldn’t want to be an example of J Christ.” I believe he meant he wouldn’t want another person to associate him with Lil Nas X as “J Christ.” For example, think of like two peas in a pod. One pea doesn’t taste so good but the other one tastes great, but because I ate the bad one first, I wouldn’t even want to try the second one. Please if this is wrong and someone notices, correct me! Regarding the other questions you had, I’ll answer from my own knowledge, experience, and understanding of Christianity. The first thing I’ll say is that being a Christian is completely a choice. Your actions as a Christian are all choices. God allows us as his followers to make those choices. God is loving, caring, and kind. He’s the only person to keep my head on straight in my entire life. He asks us to be images or replicates of Him, because he is those things. God is anything but mean, harsh, unfair, unloving, or anything negative. God doesn’t rule by fear, but instead love, and that’s why I chose to follow Him forever! I don’t know if that answered literally any of your questions cuz I might be yappin lol but I would love to get your perspective a little more, maybe we can chat about it!

I believe Berlin said something along the lines of “I wouldn’t want to be an example from Him” referring the God & Lil Nas X, why would God make an example and why is it predisposed to be inherently negative to the point of fear? Why are true Christian’s expected to be kind, generous, and nurturing but cannot expect that same level of care from God. Genuine question, would love to discuss more with you all!

In modern history Judaism and Islam have both been subjugated to the point of killing those people enmasse and Christianity just has not had that history of subjugation so it's like "why is it racist if I say this about black people but it's not racist if I say it about white people" because one has had the power to be unaffected by that disrespect.
