Their parents divorced shortly after the girls were born, and they had to be apart for a while, which led each of them to view life and love differently.
Sophie was raised by her mother. She is a lovely girl, very kind, and believes in love like no one else. She dreams of finding the love of her life and living a completely happy life.
Evelyn, on the other hand, was raised by her father and has always been a bit more rebellious. She does not believe that true love exists. Evelyn always values herself highly and does not think that anyone is capable of treating her as she deserves.
