2026-02-04 18:29:30 +0000 UTCit took 12 seasons, but im really glad Sam finally had a chance to take down a Yellow Eyed Demon. I understand why they gave Azazel’s kill to Dean, but its incredibly satisfying to be able to see Sam, who was so deeply tied to the Princes of Hell, be able to kill one finally. And, i love the irony of him using the weapon Michael intended to use in the fight against Lucifer. The symbolism of the Boy King using a divine weapon against one of the monsters who tried to prime him to rule Hell is spot on. One of my favorite Sam kills in the entire series
