Poll Results and my progress.
Added 2022-03-04 11:57:03 +0000 UTCI was leaving to post about the results longer than usual as I was expecting more people to vote and the numbers were such that it could have easily swayed what the next projects were going to be.
From the results the projects were the Mandolorian Pistol and Helmet, Stargate staff weapon, Doom Chainsaw and lastly the Gondor Shield. All in all, a nice selection of different projects.
So as you can see from the above image, this is not the Mando helmet but Boba Fetts. As the two are so similar in design I decided to do both as once the model is done for one the modification to then make it the other is quite straight forward.
As for the pistol, I started modelling it on the side when the first series came out but sidelined it to continue with the main projects. So overall both are in progress.
Concerning the staff weapon, that's been on my wish list for a while and will definitely be something unique when complete as I've seen a few people do them but never in great detail. My plan would be for the end of the staff to open like it does in the series but whether its remotely operated by the firing switches in the handle or similar will be decided when I get stuck in the detail of it.
