After a very long weekend I have now finished all the drawings that I think will help the build of this model along with the BOM and parts I bought off eBay. I have also added a dxf of the two main leather vambrace patterns as a few people who have laser cutters can just scale and use this to cut it out.
I have uploaded the STL's to dropbox so you can now download and print your own pipboy. Here is the link to the models folder - https://www.dropbox.com/sh/pgvfqquahnzfpwj/AACKjIGfoZoJNIHn3R3oqgWda?dl=0
For this project, the only thing I haven't 100% fleshed out is how, and how well, the vambrace will perform when everything is assembled. This will be a problem I solve when I have everything I need to make it and depending on how many iterations it takes.
The only thing I haven't start as this is just something I do towards actually finishing the build is create the decals for it. When I have finished these I will also upload them as part of the file pack.
As for the electronics for this pipboy, I will now begin trying to source anything I think that can bring more realism to it. I don't know how long this will take but I will just keep progressing with it. The only thing I cannot confirm that I will look into is something like a Raspberry PI 3/zero and the like. This is something I have no knowledge on dealing with so for the moment I will table it for another time.
Anyfeed on the files or documentation is greatly appreciated as I am always looking to improve my way of working and quality of work.
