National Novel Writing Month

I do it every year. This is, in fact, my 20th year. (I am very old) So if anyone wants to be writing buddies, or would be interested in a weekly pep-talk from a NaNo Dinosaur this November, let me know! I would be happy to interact on the subject if anyone's interested.

I;d love support and tips for it! I haven't done it since sometime before 2010 and It seems like it's really expanded since then, so I think I'm gonna try it this year. I've been trying to write fanfiction for but i never end up finishing longer pieces so maybe I'll try doing something like that. I'm gonna go set up a nanowrimo account now!

2021-09-01 15:18:25 +0000 UTCI really recommend it as a way of getting some practice! I write the way I do in no small part because I do it every year. You can't write nearly a million words without getting better at writing. Also, I am offering free support and expert tips to my patrons this year, so perhaps this is the year! 😁
2021-09-01 04:49:09 +0000 UTCI've thought about it every year (and attempted one year) but I always end up not doing it. I'd really like to at least once. Not the best writer, but that comes with a lot more practice than I've given myself lol
