I am starting to Box and go to the gym for BJJ like when I was in the Army, I am afraid I will miss the stream unless I know the time

Maybe thats the trick to fight the glooms-- travel and get stage time and see good friends ❤️🌠✨️ but rest if you need to ! 😮
