I started this female Koopa as Koopie Koo from TTYD, but then remembered this is AFTER Kammy's hypnosis is broken, and thus Koopie wouldn't be on Bowser's side anymore... so I changed her to Launch! (also now you know why Parrakarry was helping Kammy in the beginning, he was hypnotized!)
