Ruiza and King Slime

So y’all know I’m complete Sylvando trash, so of course I hadda make a DQXI fan character.
Here’s a wip of my first truly finished image of Ruiza (after pages and pages of sketches and practice). She’s a mage armamentalist that can equip claws and gloves, and she struggles with attacking slimes.
So far I’ve only got the slime’s texture rendered and the rest is all flat, but it’s nice to look at.
I need to get the wallpapers for this month done, but sometimes, the heart’s gotta do what the heart’s gotta do.
Think I’ve settled down on her default outfit. I kinda need to if I wanna customize her figure!
Assuming the actual figure ever shows up...
