Hello! I am back !!
First of all, I am deeply sorry for this long absence of mine, life has been really messy on my side. with some health issues and other stuff, I couldn't at all continue my villa project for sims 4. But things got better now and I could get back to my favorite game and continue my project. I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who still supports me! It means the world to me!

So here's the final part of it that contains wall panels used in all the build and the tray files for it!

Note: Screenshots are taken in game using reshade.

Details for wall panels:

- HQ textures.

- All tested in game and base game compatible.

- 10-20 Swatches.

- Custom thumbnails.

- Very low polycount

- You can find the objects in game by typing (Goldie) or (Black Zigzag) in search.

- All panels are packed in a compressed file.

- If you find any issues with any of the objects, please let me know.

- Please read my t.o.u before downloading.

Details for the villa build:

- Lot size: 40 x 30

- Interiors: 1 bedroom , 1 bathroom, a living, and a kitchen. (two floors)

- Exteriors: A pool, a fountain, a fire pit area, outdoor dining, 3 outdoor living areas, and a garage.

- Style: All rooms are designed in a modern luxurous style with mostly black and dark colors, and the zigzag line was used as a design concept.

Note: For the build to look exactly like the screenshots, you have to download all the cc mentioned in this post and in the other parts' posts. Also keep in mind that I use k-hippie's texture replacements (links below).
