Good mix of comedy, drama and light supernatural. The margarita scene Pat shit on was total improv with actors getting shit housed for real. Worth a watch

2024-06-23 07:47:25 +0000 UTCHaven’t watched this yet but heard mixed reviews. I am stoked for Longlegs though! Oz Perkins is great at eerie atmosphere and making movies that feel evil (Blackcoat’s daughter is one of my favorite horror movies). This looks like it’s gonna be really great.

I’ve been trying to think all day of a male comparison movie and the best I can do is maybe field of dreams? It’s a movie for women about sisterhood and it’s stupid, but it’s also fun, romantic, and literally magical. That being said I don’t really have an interest in seeing two plastic middle aged women dragging it through the dirt for todays audiences. I’ll think some more on male comparison and get back to you guys…
