It's the first of the mooooonth...wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up. That's a bit of Bone Thugs for ya'! Why? Because IT IS the first of the month and we're reviewing a flick filled with BONES and THUGS! Folks, today we talk FURIOSA!

Comments

It happens about 20mins into the 'Apostle' episode, Sea 5 Ep 12 (October 22, 2018) during a discussion of the movie 'Empire Records', it's available for free on Spotify & iTunes

I found the Episode you are looking for. Pat talks about this movie-going experience in the "Jay and Silent Bob Reboot" patreon episode

Dogliani

Alright if you guys get this I’ll French kiss ya. What’s the episode where Pat is telling a story and he bring up the Gin Blossoms “Till I here it from you” and then continues to sing the chorus. Joe gets very angry and says “why do ya? Why?”

Nick

I created a wiki awhile back, mainly for the free episodes, but I put in the movie corner films for a lot of the Patreon episodes https://seeyouinhellpod.fandom.com/wiki/We%27ll_See_You_In_Hell_Wiki

Chris Swalljay

What do you mean checked the wiki?

Nick

Can we get a 2nd movie people lol and what about that movie pass documentary god damn it?

Zach Gyngell

Stephen King just released the sequel of Cujo..

Hatem

Yes,that’s it. Thanks again, just listened to it. What a relief!

Nick

Chris your the man. I’m gonna check out the jay and silent bin episode right now. I’ve seriously been looking for it for years so I hope your right. Thank you!

Nick

LOL Yes! Thank you. I’ll start listening to the episodes from that time to see if I can find it. Let me know if you ever do. I didn’t think I’d ever get a response to that questions. So quick too. Hellions are my people

Nick

I checked the Wiki, Pat has reviewed The Laundromat two times during the Movie Corner: The Irishman (S06E09) and Jay and Silent Bob Reboot (S06E12). The Jay and Silent Bob episode is where he tells the story of "this is the weirdest movie I've ever seen in my life" and laughing out loud.

Chris Swalljay

It was when he saw Soderberg’s The Laundromat shown out of order at a writers guild screening or academy screening. Sometime around fall/winter 2019 maybe? “This is the weirdest friggin movie I evah saw”

Brandon Cool Handsome Funny

Does anybody know what episode it was when Pat told the story about seeing a movie at the theater and an old man behind him said, “this is the weirdest movie I ever saw”. I’ve been looking for it for years. I’ve listened to every pre Patreon episode at least 10 times and always miss it. I know it’s one of the older episodes. I need help.

Nick

Ive aslo started Ashwagandha maybe 7 years ago, and I totally agree, reduced my anxiety by 70%, but I think getting older with better diet helps...

Hatem

Did you boys book the venue for the Halloween Live Ep in Vegas yet??!!! Get your shit together, it’s already June

Matt Holton

Hey Pat, can you share where you found “natural enemies”? I wanted to ask on Letterboxd, but it’s too convoluted. Thanks!

Msmaynaise

A top to bottom affront to the viewing public

KT1000

And MoviePass? Now we know just how too good it was to be true lol I missed out

Zach Gyngell

Dead don’t die also has one of the WORST movie posters in recent memory, it’s a photoshopped hand with red and blue lighting.

Will Pottorff

Pat getting the story wildly wrong had me rolling. God I love these two.

Luke Ganje

Thanks for another great ep guys! Good call on Jim Cummings, Joe. I’ve loved every movie he’s put out so far. And I agree with Melanie- Last Stop in Yuma County (which starred Jim) was awesome. It gave me hope for whatever this new Evil Dead project is.

Will Glasco

This movie was dynamite. The fact that it’s currently bombing when Dune Part 2 enjoyed such enormous success is fucking baffling to me.

KT1000

100% with you Joe - how fuckin cool it’d be to have Gibson as Max in the next film. Hopefully this idea will cross Millers mind! Btw, Godzilla Minus One is on Netflix. Would love to hear your takes on it!

Raffi N

I started playing it recently for the first time. And the game thrust its harpoon at me so hard. I was immediately hooked.

Edmond Aggabao

Joe is absolutely right about the Mad Max game. It's one of my all time favorites.

kennedy mcelroy

Highly recommend Jim Cummings new movie The Last Stop in Yuma County. It was great!

Melanie St.George

I love the throwback of Pat missing a huge plot point and Joe thinking it was a bit. Reminds me of the Vacation debacle of years ago in which Pat seemed to think Ed Helms was Chevy Chase perhaps? Great episode boyzzzz!

Drew Spindler

Same^ It honestly changes my weekend for the better, especially when errands/ boring shit needs to be done.

Tanner Rollins

This is still one of my most enjoyable podcasts and it makes my day when you guys drop episodes

Don’t worry Alec, it’s unloaded
