I often relisten to eps months later and usually catch jokes I missed. Pat saying that the impractical Jokers called Joe Derosa on stage for the photo and the crowd was silent made me really laugh.

2024-05-15 01:23:37 +0000 UTCWatched Abigail a few nights ago and really liked it. Better than I thought it was going to be, but I did read the spec script years ago, and I remembered it being good. Pretty dumb at times, but the movie knew that it was dumb and was very self-aware. Just a really entertaining movie. Dan Stevens and the Abigail girl were great. Solid script. Direction really took advantage of the confines, just like they did with ready or not. Third act was definitely overstuffed, chaotic and a little longer than it needed to be. But overall, a solid B, or 3 and a half out of 4 stars.

Since Unfrosted already seems to be well on its way to being Spaceballs, maybe that should have been the actual opening.
