Bolt Pistol is complete!!!!!!
Added 2025-03-05 13:15:44 +0000 UTCHELLO EVERYONE!!! It is complete!!! After an extreme test printing, THE BOLT PISTOL IS COMPLETE!!!! wooohooooo :D
But first! The bad stuff :( After 5 different mechanisms, I just could not get the bolt ejecting mechanism to work :( In the 5th iteration, I ran into issues of the motor not having enough torque to fling the bullet out of the side, and sadly there is no space to add a 2nd motor into the frame :( So sadly that's where I had to abandon that feature for this model :(
On good stuff!! This model has some epic features!!!!
Bolt-together construction!
Removable mag!
Mag release switch!
Moving trigger!
Moving hammer!
Trigger-activated moving slider!
Oh, and the trigger is not automatic :D 1 trigger pull=1 slider move! :D
Sadly this model didn't fully go the way I wanted it to and I'm really sorry about that guys :( But the features that did work are awesome!!! And being able to hold this thing is amazing!!! It's so freaking cool holding this thing in real life :D

Thank you so much man :D Totally agree with everything you said :D The cool thing is, I'll take what I learned from the model and use it in the next one! I didn't get it to work this time but maybe the next time it will :D

I understand the importance of accomplishing the goal you set for yourself, but it's also very important to know when to stop redesigning something. It's better to have something great that is finished over never releasing a perfect design. Thank you for your hard work!
