One of my favorite episodes ever, THANK YOU.

2021-07-13 15:09:35 +0000 UTCIn addition to the awesome truth dropping, I loved the spiritual connection to a line Madchen Amick has in an episode of Riverdale: "Slut-shaming. It's what they call it when sluts get shamed."

2021-07-10 15:23:49 +0000 UTCLove you, Mr. Walsh. Thank you for sharing. I have nothing witty to say.. *shrugs pauses then punches a hole through the wall*

2021-07-08 20:56:37 +0000 UTCThis was just so great to hear you describe feelings I've felt and never shared. And to get some more of the "what it's like to be a writer" stuff was also just great. Probably my all time fav PMC

2021-07-07 16:40:43 +0000 UTCThank you so, so much for talking about your mental health. I have so much respect for people who can speak engagingly about their experiences. It helps.

2021-07-05 19:15:58 +0000 UTCAlso Pat. I urge you to revisit The Conjuring 2. If you can get through the insanely boring dialogue and lack of soundtrack at times, you get some truly scary set pieces. I agree it is much too long but let us know if you rewatch. That Nun did nothing for you? Buddy?!!!!!

2021-07-03 22:53:24 +0000 UTCThanks Pat. This was really comforting to listen to this month. You should know that you mean a lot to us hellions and I personally think you are one of the most thoughtful and funny people I have ever heard speak. Love you man. Have you seen the movie, “Border,” by Ari Aster? I think you might dig it.

2021-07-03 13:39:18 +0000 UTCDear Patty Dubs, Thank you for sharing the experience of your mental journey. I can relate to many of the things you said and it helps me to hear it from another perspective, especially that of someone I respect and admire. From my perspective: you are enough. You are more than enough. You are funny beyond belief and your jokes/stories/comments bring me (and others) joy as well as provoking meaningful thoughts and analysis. I very much enjoy listening to you and appreciate your vulnerability. It means a lot. Keep on truckin' and always remember that people love you. Thanks for doing what you do! Also, I like you a bit better than Joe. Your friend, Fred

2021-07-02 14:39:04 +0000 UTCWho cares about being word-perfect. Fuck it. I actually have to tell myself that because sometimes I spend 60+ mins writing one email. It’s hell. But I’ve decided that I can just pet my cat and he magically absorbs all my stress and shits it out into the litter box. Hope that helps.

2021-07-02 12:14:10 +0000 UTCFavorite Solo Movie Corner ep yet. While I always appreciate the movie recommendations, I really appreciated the openness about issues that a lot of us are dealing with ourselves.

2021-07-02 00:56:09 +0000 UTCLoved it. What you described in the beginning is what my wife deals with. And I think you helped me understand it a little bit better. Thanks for being open and honest!

2021-07-01 15:53:40 +0000 UTCPat! Don’t ever second guess yourself, you’re one of the most naturally hilarious and thoughtful people in all of entertainment. We love you for who you are. Thanks again for all you’ve given us through the years!

2021-07-01 13:42:42 +0000 UTCAmazing, what a catharsis! There’s a dark poetry to Pat which few could ever hope to understand! What a treasure.

2021-07-01 00:35:53 +0000 UTCPat, thanks for sharing your mental health stuff. I've been really isolated for the past 15 months (I'm in Canada, so it's still under lockdown here) and I'm dealing with a lot of the stuff you mention on the pod. It always make me feel better when you guys talk about that subject because it makes me feel a little less alone. If I can make a little movie corner suggestion of my own, I'd recommend to everyone the channel The School of Life on YouTube, they make really short, really cool looking videos about self-esteem, OCD, depression, having a shit dad, etc.

2021-06-30 23:06:45 +0000 UTCPat, thank you so much. You’ve finally talked me into pulling the trigger on this gun that I’ve been meaning to use to off myself with. Just kidding, pal. Your mental health rant was almost therapeutic for me too. Much love, bud ❤️ and much love to the rest of the hogs in the Hog House as well ❤️
