Hi Everyone!
With the spooky season approaching, it felt like a great time to design a MMMini Spider!!
Add Magnets! I added magnet cavities inside the body segments so that you can add a pause command and drop them in while printing. For info on how to do that, see the PDF document in the download.
This mini is 100% print-in-place, and requires no supports. Its a quick and easy print that scales down very well. I've included both regular and keychain versions. There are also a pre-painted 3MF for those who want to print it in multicolor!

PRINT SETTINGS:
For the Keychain versions. I used these Key Rings and Binder Rings
MMMini Spider: includes regular and keychain versions. Print-in-Place
Magnets: These models contain cavities for placing magnets during printing. Please see the included instructions PDF. I used these Magnets for my prints (same as the bonus Fridge Magnet files)
3MF multicolor files: 3MF File contains the Regular and Keychain designs. Delete the one you don't want to print (Compatible with slicers based on PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, Orca.).
3 Walls
10% infill
These scale down really well. It typically works down to around 50% scale. Your mileage may vary.

Hi! I send out an email at the end of each month via MyMiniFactory, which allows you to redeem your files for that month into your MMF library. This is how you can get permanent access to all of your earned content. The invite is sent to the email you use for your patreon account. I just re-sent your invite for September. I'd say check your email for that invite, and let me know if you didn't get it (also check your spam folder in case it got filtered there).

Is there anyway to get this file so I can print it before Halloween? When I joined I should have been able to download it with my subscription, I just lost track of time. I didn’t realize what day it would go away, and unfortunately, waiting for it to come out of the vault means that we would miss the holiday. I’m so sorry and I understand if I would have to wait! I’m kicking myself that I missed it. Anyway love your work and can’t wait to see what you release this month!🥰

2025-09-03 16:34:17 +0000 UTChi! could you give me access to the file that contains the negative cylinder? all my magnets are 3mm thick, so i would need to modify the spider so that my magnets can fit - it occurrs to me that it could be listed as one of the objects in the body of the file, so that bambu studio lets us modify that alone.

2025-08-18 08:23:30 +0000 UTCI haven't tested that, but the magnet strength is pretty strong at 100%, they might work at 150% using the same magnets. Otherwise, to find scaled magnet sizes, look for them to be the same scale factor. For example 10mm x 3mm x 150% would be a 15mm x 4.5mm magnet. If you can, find ones that size (or slightly smaller to be sure it fits).
