Added 2024-10-17 19:15:02 +0000 UTCA/N: Finally caught up to 20 Chaps. I'm implementing my old system and leave 10 Chaps reserved for C-Tier and Above. Every 2 Chaps I'll unlock one for those who rank lower, and after I manage to stockpile those 10, I'll change to 1:1.
