There's no confirmation from the author that Mikasa married Jean, or ever remarried at all. It seems the anime does show a ring on her finger partially blocked by the flowers as she's laid to rest, but the ring wasn't present in the manga, and it could be a Chasity ring. The official ED video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DU2KGyQgso4) for the final episode Mappa released is loosely about Mikasa reuniting with Eren in the afterlife as well, and that was approved by the author. The few frames of Mikasa with others at the grave are sort of open for interpretation... some believe it's Jean with her, some think it's her husband and not someone we know, some thing she's there with Armin and his family is standing by (woman and child standing near them). That said, at least at the end of the episode it's been three years and Mikasa was there on the island while Jean was just coming back with the others for possibly the first time.
