Pokemon: Resurgence Chapter 68
Added 2024-10-17 07:21:42 +0000 UTCHi all,
Here’s the next chapter. Zapdos is confronted by another legendary, and Sabrina learns a surprising fact about her ancestors.
Chapter 68
Queen Ilene hurried off to seek assistance from the mysterious Pokemon, while Lucas and Sabrina found a place where they could watch the action unfold.
The storm unleashed its fury as Lucas and Sabrina pressed their faces against the cold glass. Rain lashed the windows, distorting their view of the chaos outside. Lightning forked across the sky, illuminating the castle grounds in stark, electric-blue flashes.
Zapdos's massive form wheeled overhead, each wingbeat sending ripples of electricity crackling through the air. Its piercing cries echoed off the stone walls, a primal sound that sent shivers down their spines.
"Look!" Sabrina's finger jabbed at the window, pointing towards the churning lake.
The water's surface bulged and swirled as if something beneath was fighting to break free. Suddenly, a small figure burst from the depths, spraying water in an arc as it rose into the air.
Lucas squinted, his eyes struggling to focus on the tiny form against the tumultuous backdrop. He activated his Insight skill almost instinctively, and his range was just enough to read the Pokemon.

"Bloody hell," he muttered, processing the data. "It's Uxie."
Sabrina's grip on his arm tightened. "The Knowledge Pokemon? Here in Rota?"
Lucas nodded. "Must be the queen's secret weapon."
They watched, transfixed, as Uxie ascended through the rain-soaked air. Its small body seemed fragile compared to Zapdos's imposing form, yet it moved with unmistakable purpose. Lucas tried to examine Zapdos as well, but the Pokemon was too far away to read.
The two legendaries faced each other, suspended in the storm-tossed sky.
"Looks like Uxie's trying to reason with it," Lucas observed, noting the smaller Pokemon's gestures. "I can't imagine Zapdos is in a chatty mood, though."
Sabrina nodded. "I don't think diplomacy is going to work here."
As if proving her point, Zapdos unleashed a deafening screech. Electricity surged along its wings, building to a crescendo. Uxie darted backwards, narrowly avoiding a jagged bolt of lightning that split the sky.
The battle erupted in earnest, turning the stormy night into a dazzling display of power and skill. Zapdos's massive wings propelled it through the air with startling speed, closing the distance to Uxie in seconds. The smaller Pokemon spun away, its tails leaving trails of psychic energy in their wake.
Zapdos didn't relent, executing a mid-air pivot that defied its size. Its beak glowed with metallic energy as it launched a Drill Peck attack. Uxie, caught off-guard by the sudden manoeuvre, barely managed to erect a protective barrier. The impact sent both Pokemon spiralling through the air, locked in a deadly dance.
Breaking free, Uxie retaliated with a Swift attack, filling the air with star-shaped projectiles. They hurtled towards Zapdos, glowing bright against the dark clouds. The legendary bird barrel-rolled, electricity arcing from its body to intercept the stars. Most disintegrated on contact, but a few found their mark, exploding against Zapdos's chest in brilliant flashes.
Undeterred, Zapdos retaliated with a Thunderbolt. Uxie threw up a hasty Light Screen, the psychic barrier shimmering as it absorbed the brunt of the electric onslaught. Even so, the force sent Uxie tumbling through the air.
Seizing the advantage, Zapdos dive-bombed its opponent, talons extended. Uxie, still reeling, couldn't dodge entirely. Zapdos's claws raked across its side, drawing a pained cry from the smaller Pokemon.
"This is insane," Lucas breathed, his eyes darting to follow the action.
Sabrina nodded, her face pale in the intermittent flashes of lightning. "Let's hope they don't bring their fight any closer to the castle."
Uxie, wounded but far from defeated, suddenly vanished in a burst of speed. It reappeared behind Zapdos, unleashing a point-blank Psybeam. The multi-coloured energy beam struck Zapdos's back, eliciting a shriek of pain and rage.
Zapdos whirled around, its entire body crackling with electricity. It unleashed a devastating Discharge attack, filling the air with a web of lightning bolts. Uxie weaved through the electric onslaught, its movements a blur as it dodged and twisted.
As the battle raged on, the two Pokemon traded blows that would have felled lesser creatures. Psybeams collided with Thunder attacks, creating spectacular explosions that lit up the sky. Ancient Power clashed against Extrasensory barriers, sending shockwaves rippling across the lake's surface.
Uxie, employing its superior agility, executed a series of rapid teleports. It appeared and disappeared around Zapdos, launching swift psychic attacks from multiple angles. Zapdos, growing increasingly frustrated, began charging up a massive attack.
The air around Zapdos distorted with heat as it prepared a Heat Wave. Uxie, recognising the danger, quickly created multiple Double Team copies of itself. The Heat Wave erupted outwards, a scorching wall of energy that dispelled Uxie's duplicates and set the very air ablaze.
The real Uxie emerged from above, its body glowing with stored power. It unleashed a devastating Extrasensory attack, the psychic energy warping the space around Zapdos. The larger Pokemon writhed in the grip of the attack, its cries of pain echoing across the lake.
The climax of the battle came as Zapdos, glowing with the energy of a Giga Impact, hurtled towards Uxie. The smaller Pokemon, its eyes closed in deep concentration, distorted the very fabric of reality around it. Space twisted and folded, altering Zapdos's trajectory at the last possible moment.
Zapdos, unable to alter its course, ploughed into the distorted space. Its Giga Impact energy collided with Uxie's reality warp, creating a cataclysmic reaction. The resulting clash of energies was spectacular. Psychic force and electricity intertwined in a dazzling display, lighting up the night sky like a second sun. The very air vibrated with the power being unleashed, and Lucas felt the window pane trembling beneath his fingers.
The shockwave from the collision sent both Pokemon hurtling in opposite directions. Zapdos crashed into the lake, sending up a massive plume of water. Uxie slammed into the castle wall, leaving a small crater in the ancient stone.
As the light faded and the combatants separated, both legendaries showed clear signs of exhaustion. Zapdos emerged from the lake, its movements laboured, its once-proud wings drooping slightly. Uxie hovered unsteadily, its small form battered but unbowed.
Lucas felt the hairs on the back of his neck stand on end as Zapdos's piercing gaze locked onto him. A shiver ran down his spine, a primal fear gripping him in its icy clutches.
From the roiling storm clouds above, an object descended, cradled within the electric field surrounding Zapdos. With a powerful beat of its wings that sent shockwaves through the air, Zapdos surged towards the castle, its massive form growing larger with each passing second.
Uxie made no move to intercept, hovering in place as if anticipating what was to come. Lucas and Sabrina watched, hearts pounding, as Zapdos's intimidating silhouette filled their entire field of vision. The legendary Pokemon came to a stop directly above them, so close they could feel the static electricity crackling in the air. The sound of its wings beating was deafening, the pressure waves threatening to shatter the window at any moment.
"Get out of here, Sabrina," Lucas shouted over the din.
Sabrina's hand moved to her belt, fingers closing around a pokeball. "Not a chance."
"That's not going to do anything," Lucas argued.
Before either could make another move, Zapdos unleashed a pinpoint bolt of electricity. It struck the window with surgical precision, shattering the glass into a thousand glittering shards. Lucas and Sabrina instinctively threw up their arms, stumbling backwards as a shower of glass rained down around them.
They braced themselves for an attack but Zapdos made no aggressive move. Instead, it slowly unfurled one massive wing, revealing what it had been protecting. Nestled against its body was an egg, its surface gleaming with an otherworldly sheen.
With a gentle movement that belied its enormous power, Zapdos guided the egg through the shattered window. It floated on an invisible current of electricity, coming to rest in Lucas's outstretched arms. T
For a moment, time seemed to stand still. Lucas stared up at Zapdos, their eyes meeting in a silent exchange. In that instant, he felt both a plea and a warning. Lucas nodded, indicating that he understood Zapdos' intentions, and cradled the egg deeper in his arms.
With a final, keening cry that echoed across the lake and through the castle halls, Zapdos beat its wings and turned away. It soared off into the storm-tossed sky, its form quickly swallowed by the roiling clouds.
Lucas and Sabrina stood in stunned silence, the egg warm and heavy in Lucas's arms. The storm outside began to subside, as if Zapdos had taken its fury with it.
"What... what just happened?" Sabrina whispered, her voice barely audible over the fading rumbles of thunder.
Lucas looked down at the egg, then back to the shattered window where Zapdos had been just moments before. "Zapdos has entrusted me with caring for its egg. I didn’t expect it to go down this way or this soon. I’m already bonded with the egg, but..."
He trailed off, unable to finish his sentence.
The weight of the egg in his arms felt suddenly much heavier, laden with the trust of a legendary Pokemon and the responsibility that came with it.
As Lucas cradled the egg, a flash of light filled the room, momentarily blinding them. When their vision cleared, Uxie hovered before them, its small form radiating an aura of ancient wisdom. Both Lucas and Sabrina flinched at the unexpected appearance, their hearts racing.
"Bloody hell," Lucas muttered, his grip on the egg tightening instinctively.
Uxie's voice echoed in their minds, clear and crisp, bypassing their ears entirely. "This is the first legendary Pokemon born from a parent legendary Pokemon. I wouldn't go around disclosing the fact that you have it. Not even to the Queen."
Lucas, still trying to calm his racing heart, furrowed his brow. "Wouldn't others have seen Zapdos passing its egg to me?"
Uxie shook its head, the gems on its tails glinting in the dim light. "I blocked their sight."
"Well, thanks for the help," Lucas said.
Uxie didn't acknowledge Lucas's gratitude. Instead, it turned its attention to Sabrina, its closed eyes giving the impression of intense focus. Lucas could still hear the conversation, but it was clear Uxie was directing its words solely at Sabrina.
"What is your name?" Uxie asked, its mental voice taking on a different tone.
Sabrina shifted uncomfortably under the legendary's attention. "Me? I’m Sabrina Kuroi."
"Kuroi? An old family," Uxie mused, a hint of recognition in its mental voice. "Are you aware of your family's origins?"
Sabrina shook her head, her curiosity visibly piqued.
Uxie's mental voice took on a storyteller's cadence as it began to explain the origins of Sabrina's family powers.
"Long ago," Uxie began, "in an era when the boundaries between humans and Pokemon were less defined, your ancestors encountered a legendary Pokemon of immense psychic power. It was facing a crisis that threatened the balance of its domain."
Lucas and Sabrina leaned in, captivated by the tale.
"Your family, already possessing a latent sensitivity to psychic energies, offered their assistance. They worked tirelessly alongside the legendary, using their innate abilities in ways they had never imagined possible. Their dedication and resourcefulness proved crucial in averting the disaster. In gratitude for their assistance, the Pokemon decided to bestow a boon upon them.”
Uxie paused, its tails swaying gently. "However, the legendary's motives weren’t purely altruistic. It saw in your ancestors a unique potential, a compatibility with its powers that intrigued it deeply. The Pokemon decided to conduct what it considered a grand experiment."
Sabrina's brow furrowed. "Experiment?"
Uxie nodded. "Indeed. To satisfy its curiosity, the legendary bestowed upon your family a fraction of its immense psychic abilities. It wanted to observe how these powers would develop in human hosts over generations."
Lucas interjected, his voice tinged with concern. "So Sabrina's family was used as test subjects?"
"In a manner of speaking," Uxie replied. "The legendary wasn’t malicious in its intent, merely... scientifically curious. It saw an opportunity to study the long-term effects of its power on human bloodlines."
Sabrina's expression was a mix of fascination and unease. "And what were the results of this 'experiment'?"
Uxie's mental voice took on a tone of admiration. "Your family's affinity for psychic abilities flourished beyond even the legendary's expectations. With each generation, the powers grew stronger and more refined. From what I can see, you, Sabrina, represent the culmination of centuries of psychic evolution."
This revelation shocked both Lucas and Sabrina. Lucas noticed Sabrina began to sag and quickly wrapped an arm around her.
He now understood why something like Bree could exist when all logic said that it was impossible. Where Pokemon were involved, anything was possible.
In some ways, it was similar to his situation. Mew had hinted that Arceus was experimenting on Lucas by bringing him to this world and giving him power, so another legendary Pokemon doing it shouldn’t be a huge surprise.
Uxie went on to reveal that it could tell some of Sabrina's memories had been stripped away, which were directly tied to her powers. "Were you aware of this?"
Sabrina nodded slowly, her hands clenching and unclenching at her sides. "I wanted to be rid of them."
She went on to explain her past and Bree's existence, her voice growing quieter as she spoke of her alter ego.
"Fascinating," Uxie said, its tails swaying gently. "That type of existence is unusual. I never expected your powers would manifest in such a unique way. I suppose you're already aware that allowing such a thing to exist is dangerous. It is now distinct from you, with its own identity and desires."
"Bree is only dangerous to those that target the people she cares about," Sabrina insisted, a defensive edge to her voice.
Uxie seemed unperturbed by Sabrina's reaction. "It's your decision. Would you like me to restore your memories? Some, if not all, your psychic abilities will return."
"Bree has already made the same offer," Sabrina replied.
"I doubt she has the same precision as myself," Uxie countered. "She may cause some damage in the attempt."
Sabrina paused, her expression conflicted. The silence stretched for several long moments before she finally spoke. "I'll think about it."
Lucas couldn't hide his surprise. He'd expected Sabrina to refuse outright. Her face was a mask of concentration, clearly wrestling with the implications of Uxie's offer. Had her feelings about her powers changed? He couldn't help but notice Uxie's particular interest in Sabrina. A suspicion began to form in his mind—could Uxie have been the one to give her family their powers in the first place?
“You know where to find me if you make a decision,” Uxie said, vanishing as abruptly as it had appeared.
Lucas turned to Sabrina. "That was... unexpected. Are you really considering Uxie's offer?"
Sabrina ran a hand through her hair. "I don't know. I've spent so long trying to distance myself from my powers, but lately... I've been wondering if I made the right choice."
"What's changed?" Lucas asked gently.
Sabrina sighed, leaning into his touch. "Seeing how you've embraced your abilities, how much good you've done with them. And Bree... as much as she scares me sometimes, she's part of me. Maybe it's time I stopped running from who I am."
Lucas nodded, understanding. "Whatever you decide, I'm here for you. But let's not rush into anything. We've got a lot to process right now."
"You should return to your room and hide the egg before the Queen finds us," Sabrina advised. “I will distract her.”
“Alright. But I believe she is aware of something going on between Zapdos and me. Let’s hope she keeps her curiosity to herself.”

Lucas stirred, his eyes blinking open in the soft morning light filtering through the heavy velvet curtains. He glanced at Sabrina, her dark hair splayed across the pillow, still fast asleep beside him. Careful not to disturb her, he slipped out from under the thick woollen blankets and padded across the floor.
The egg sat wrapped in a blanket on a nearby chair. Lucas picked it up gingerly, a familiar spark of electricity zinging through his fingers and up his arms. He activated his Egg Insight skill and scanned its parameters.

Nothing had changed since he first examined it, save for the time until hatching. Thirty-five days. Just over a month before a legendary Pokemon would be in his care.
Lucas shook his head, still struggling to wrap his mind around it. A Zapdos. Bonded to him. The implications were staggering.
How would Zapdos mesh with his current team? The legendary bird's raw power could upset the balance of his team composition. Would his other Pokemon feel overshadowed or resentful? And what of Zapdos itself? Would it deign to follow the commands of a mere human trainer?
Despite these challenges, excitement bubbled in Lucas's chest. Zapdos wouldn't start out as an unstoppable force, but its potential was staggering. With patience and dedicated training, it could become an ally beyond compare.
A rustling from the bed pulled Lucas from his thoughts. Sabrina sat up, the sheets pooling around her waist as she rubbed sleep from her eyes.
"Morning, beautiful," Lucas said, placing the egg back in its nest of blankets. "Do you fancy going down to give the Queen our decision on the properties?"
Sabrina blinked. "We've decided?"
Lucas nodded, moving to the wardrobe to pull out fresh clothes. "It'd be mad to pass up such an offer."
They dressed quickly, the chill of the stone castle urging them to hurry. Queen Ilene greeted them in a small sitting room, a steaming pot of tea and delicate porcelain cups set out on a polished oak table.
"Did you speak with Uxie last night?" she asked without preamble, her piercing gaze moving between them.
Lucas frowned. "Why do you ask?"
"It left this morning," the Queen explained, her fingers drumming lightly on the armrest of her chair. "Said it was off to see an old friend. You two are the only new variables. that could have interacted with it and influenced its decision. It hasn’t spoken to its old friend in a long time."
Lucas quickly connected the dots. "Azelf? Do you think Uxie's gone to talk sense into it? To give up on the church?"
Queen Ilene shook her head. "Unlikely. But it may convince Azelf to leave Kanto be."
"I see," Lucas mused. He gestured to Sabrina with his free hand. "Uxie seemed to take a shine to her. It must be her doing. Don’t I have the most charming girlfriend? Even legendaries can’t get enough of her.”
"Lucas!" Sabrina swatted his arm.
Queen Ilene chuckled. "Well, regardless of the reason, it's a positive development. Now, about those properties..."
They settled in to discuss the details. Queen Ilene's assistance would make the process of owning the properties go smoothly. But first, Lucas would have to become a citizen of the kingdom, which the queen seemed delighted about. Even if he didn’t relocate here, he would have ties to the area that he could not easily abandon.

Lucas paused before the unremarkable wooden door. The Core's presence pulsed in his mind, stronger than ever. With a deep breath, he grasped the iron handle and pushed.
The door swung open silently, revealing a narrow stone staircase spiralling downwards. Lucas descended cautiously, one hand trailing along the cool wall for balance.
At the bottom, he steeled himself for the sight of the Core trapped in some ancient containment device. Instead, his jaw dropped as he emerged into a vast, brightly lit chamber.
The laboratory sprawled before him, a dizzying array of gleaming equipment and blinking monitors. Holographic displays flickered in mid-air, projecting complex equations and 3D models. The room hummed with barely contained energy.
In the centre of this technological wonderland, the Zygarde Core zipped about. It darted from one instrument to another, its gelatinous body elongating and contracting as it worked. Tendrils of energy extended from its form, manipulating controls and scribbling furiously on a massive chalkboard.
The Core paused in its frenetic activity, turning to face Lucas. Its singular eye fixed on him, radiating an intelligence far beyond its diminutive size. With a dismissive flick of a tendril, it conveyed its lack of interest in leaving. Then, without further acknowledgement, it resumed its work.
Curiosity overrode Lucas's initial shock. He stepped further into the lab, marvelling at the projects scattered across various workstations. One table held what appeared to be a partially disassembled pokeball, its inner workings exposed and modified. Another displayed a shimmering forcefield, containing what looked like a miniature ecosystem.
The setup reminded Lucas of Clemont's workshop.
He approached a device that looked like a telescope. As he leaned in for a closer look, the Core suddenly appeared before him. It shook its body in what Lucas interpreted as a warning—"Look, but don't touch.'
"Sorry," Lucas murmured, stepping back. "This is all... incredible. I had no idea you were capable of this kind of research."
The Core's eye narrowed, as if offended by the implication that it might be limited in any way. It gestured towards a nearby screen, which sprang to life with a complex diagram.
Lucas studied the image, recognising it as some sort of energy transfer system. "You're working on harnessing your power?" he guessed.
The Core bobbed in what might have been affirmation. It zoomed to another workstation, beckoning Lucas to follow.
Here, a 3D hologram displayed a familiar shape—the Tree of Beginning. The Core manipulated the image, zooming in on specific sections and highlighting energy flows.
"You're studying the Tree," Lucas realised. "Trying to understand how it sustains itself and the Pokemon within it."
The Core's eye curved slightly, almost like a smile. It seemed pleased by Lucas's comprehension.
For the next hour, Lucas wandered the lab, piecing together the Core's various projects. Each one pushed the boundaries of science and nature, blending the two in ways he'd never imagined possible.
As incredible as it all appeared, it left him in a quandary. Forcing it to return felt wrong. Who was he to interrupt work of this magnitude? Besides, Zygarde hadn't specified an urgent timeline. Perhaps there was flexibility in his task. He could collect the other Cores and Cells first. When he'd gathered the rest, he'd return here with a clearer picture of the situation.
With a last, lingering look at the bustling Core, Lucas turned towards the staircase. The Rota Kingdom was a labyrinth of secrets, each more interesting than the last. What other secrets remained to be uncovered?

Daisy trudged through the bustling streets of Viridian City, Bree cradled awkwardly in her arms. Passers-by shot curious glances their way, some whispering behind their hands, others openly staring. A group of schoolchildren pointed and giggled, their high-pitched laughter grating on Daisy's already frayed nerves.
"Why am I carrying you around like this again?" Daisy asked, her cheeks flushed with embarrassment.
Bree sighed, her button eyes somehow managing to convey exasperation. "How many times do I need to explain it to you? I haven't gotten a whiff of that malicious woman's presence since last night. I need to move about and see if I can pick it up again."
"I look like an idiot who is talking to an inanimate doll," Daisy complained, adjusting her grip on Bree.
Bree's eyebrow twitched. After explaining her existence to the frightened woman last night, Daisy had gotten over her fear of her pretty quickly. Now, she had to listen to the woman's endless complaints.
"Better than thinking you're a psycho that's holding a living doll," Bree retorted.
"Why can't you call Sabrina to deal with this?"
"Because she's busy. And it may be too late by the time she gets back," Bree replied, her tone brooking no argument.
As they approached a cluster of official-looking buildings, Bree suddenly tensed.
"Stop," she commanded, her voice sharp. Her psychic senses were tingling, telling her something important was nearby. She pointed at a specific building. "What's that place?"
"It's the Mayor's Office," Daisy replied, frowning. "You don't think Mayor Cassidy is involved in this, do you?"
"Only one way to find out," Bree said. "Take me there."
Daisy sighed. She climbed the steps and pushed open the door.
The secretary raised an eyebrow at the doll in Daisy's arms but didn't comment. "What can I do for you, Miss Oak?"
"Is the mayor available?" Daisy asked. "I have something important to discuss with her."
"Give me a moment," Margaret said, reaching for the phone. After a brief, hushed conversation, she hung up. "The mayor will see you now. Third floor, end of the hall."
“That was easy,” Bree commented after they were out of earshot.
"My grandfather wields a lot of power," Daisy said as they approached Cassidy's office. She knocked, then entered at Cassidy's muffled "Come in."
Cassidy was seated at her massive oak desk, a glass of amber liquid—unmistakably whisky—in her hand. She didn't even bother hiding the fact that she was drinking during the middle of the day. Dark circles under her eyes spoke of a sleepless night, and her usually immaculate suit was slightly rumpled.
Bree's eyes narrowed, taking in every detail. "Who did you come into contact with recently?" she demanded without preamble.
Cassidy jumped, nearly spilling her drink. Her eyes widened in shock, darting between Daisy and the doll in her arms. "I must be more drunk than I thought. I swear I saw the doll just speak to me."
"I did speak," Bree growled, her patience wearing thin. "Who was the malicious woman you spoke to?"
Cassidy took a moment to recover from the shock of seeing an animated doll speak to her. She grabbed the bottle of whisky and drank two more glasses before her nerves calmed.
At least the woman didn't faint, Bree thought, remembering Daisy's reaction.
Daisy explained about Bree’s situation. Cassidy accepted the rest of the bizarre scenario without much protest once she mentioned Sabrina's name. In return, Cassidy told them about Malva's visit.
Bree nodded, her mitten placed on her chin in a thoughtful gesture. "The woman plans to breed the contagion in the sewers and release it on the city at once. Truly sinister. A woman after my own heart."
Cassidy and Daisy exchanged uneasy glances, both unnerved by Bree's apparent admiration for the plan.
"Wait a minute," Bree said, her tone sharpening. "There's still something you need to explain to me."
Cassidy shook her head, knowing where this conversation was going and refusing to say anything. Her knuckles whitened as she gripped the arms of her chair.
Bree nodded at Daisy. "Can you leave? I need to speak to Cassidy alone."
Daisy left the office, closing the door behind her with a soft click.
Bree leaned forward, her button eyes gleaming with an unsettling intensity. "Now, tell me what Malva has on you. I have a feeling that it's related to Lucas. Don't leave a single detail out."
Cassidy sighed, her shoulders slumping in defeat. She explained how she worked for Team Rocket but had been looking for ways to leave the organisation and go straight. Her words came out in a rush as if she'd been longing to confess for a long time.
"Are you a danger to Lucas? To Sabrina?" Bree asked, her voice low and menacing, promising dire consequences if the answer displeased her.
Cassidy hesitated, her internal struggle visible on her face. Finally, she told Bree about the kill order on Lucas. She hastily added that she had no intentions of following through with it and had been delaying it indefinitely for weeks.
"Very well," Bree said, sensing the truth in the woman's words. "If you want to get out of this predicament with your reputation and life intact, then you are going to listen to everything I say. Cross me, and I will make your life a living nightmare."
Cassidy nodded. "What do you want me to do?"
So, what do you think? In the next chapter, Malva and Bree have a showdown, and Lucas and Sabrina return to deal with the aftermath.
Thanks for reading.
