A Rare Chance (November Review)

November was WHIPLASH for VALUE SELECT.

We cruised into this month with a DEFINITE PLAN of attack:

1.) To Develop Yule Quest Videos

2.) To Release Musical Shorts

3.) To Create Fun Community Posts

This is what was planned to happen.

But this did not happen... 

Because the impossible did (happen)..

A RARE OPPORTUNITY emerged, swiftly changing our NOVEMBER PLAN....

Yes!

Too rare for public ears!

Can you keep a secret?

(Don't tell anyone this...)

It began with an Instagram Livestream I hosted on a whim.

A MYSTERIOUS STRANGER asked me on my LONG FORM CONTENT plans.

I  happily spoke of the Series and Feature the brotherhood plans to self-produce in the NEW YEAR, and then moved on as usual.

BUT THEN!

LATER THAT NIGHT! 

An important looking email arrives...

That MYSTERIOUS STRANGER (a fan of the channel for years) works for a HUGE PRODUCTION STUDIO and was keen on developing an VS SERIES/FEATURE ...

WHAT!?

It felt too good to be true....

But I scoped him on LinkedIn and found he was exactly who he said he was!

We met on Zoom that week. 

What a genuine man! The real deal!

A true believer in the spirit of VS!

He wanted to help any way he could, and talk quickly went to him pitching me as a writer-performer to the HIGHEST ECHELON of TALENT REPRESENTATION. (The  Harvard of Agencies)

Talk was even shared of me becoming a SCRIPT DOCTOR for other major projects in need of punching-up!

Of course, a hard road would be ahead.

And in this industry, nothing can be promised.

But those fabled GOLDEN GATES were finally opening (slightly)

All that was needed from me was a WRITING SAMPLE (Series Pilots and Sketch Packet) and the quest could begin!

I SUMMONED ALL MY ENERGY, and expertly finalized my scripts in a week of HOLY FUROR never before seen.

IT WAS A SUCCESS!

That MYSTERIOUS STRANGER gave the GREEN LIGHT on my sample...

The name VALUE SELECT is now known further and wider.

My STOCK MARKET price is now officially extremely undervalued.

A major rise is upon us. (BUY IN NOW)

Come the NEW YEAR (Los Angeles is quiet in December I'm told) the scouting process begins; big-wigs snooping about the sketch show I do.

TV WRITER ARC UNLOCKED.

And thank goodness I took the time to start it right!

To polish those scripts crystal clear!

BUT OF COURSE, THAT FURY OF WRITING TOOK A LOT OUT OF ME.

I never rested after the  NATIONAL TOUR, and this new opportunity was truly the energetical "Back That Broke The Camel's Straw"

Despite my best efforts to keep to the original plan, I soon fell into a DEEP SLUMBER....

But when I awoke (Maybe a week or so ago) I felt WHOLLY REJUVENATED... 

That sleep was essential; I made a massive mental breakthrough (STILL not a stroke)

All the LEARNINGS of the PAST YEAR finally clicked within me...

THE BOTTOM LINE (ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD)

Would I love a big budget VS project? Yes.

Would I trade independence for that security? No.

The Internet has Revolutionized the Creative's Career.

The Brotherhood can create MASTERWORKS without TRADITIONAL INSTITUTIONS.

We will continue to do so (And Ascend Higher with Each Passing Release)

I prefer to earn the chance to create, a chance given from the bless'd audience who enjoys these VALUEABLE SELECTIONS!
