EPISODE COMMENTARY

So far in this DARK AGE YULE QUEST project; Three Tasty Productions of the Highest Caliber (only getting sweeter!)

VALUE SELECT LORE saw the reintroduction of WEEKLY WIDESCREEN, building explicitly on the selectian universe! (With the Aid of AI HARVEST) I love the silent film flow at the beginning, and learned a few anime fight edit techniques that will prove useful in the FINAL EPISODE.

FAREWELL TO SONS brought with it the PIXEL OVERWORLD (by @Haboocas) as well as the finest sketch of Father/Son(s) relations known to man. Makes me dream of a real VS video game. I had the idea for a Bastard Racer game, that was part racing, part dramatic relationship simulator. So clean and vibrant!

EMERGENCY EXIT demonstrated one of the only sketches where a character is sitting down (on a chair) semi-realistically (advanced green screen technology) it’s fun to bring forth more characters, I just wish YOUTUBE still allowed CC via COMMUNITY! Take me forever to do it solo bolo by hand (on top of everything else!) may have to bring a stenographer aboard.

I’ll tell you what.

I’m damn proud each and every single one of ‘em, and find myself frequently rejoicing in RETUNS thanks to this much anticipated shift to LONG FORM LUXURY CONTENT!

But back to the YULE QUEST!

This upcoming episode will see our party enter the Torture Chambers of the Mysterious Bandit Lord (one of the greatest comedy premise grafts I’ve done yet, stoked for you to check it out!)

Seeing folks give love to the series when the release happens, as well as while time passes concretes my belief it shall be an ABSOLUTE HIT once we really hit our stride!

FUTURE UPDATES

MUSIC: We’ve (Myself and the band) finalized the VS ALBUM instrumentals, and I shall lay down the needed vocals shortly; expect a release to Spotify before months end, and a WAV file drop exclusively here before that! Praise to RAFA and his production genius! Taking these charming jingles, and helping transform them into masterworks!

TWITCH: The VS STREAM SESSIONS will resume at the start of NOVEMBER. I miss them, looking forward to it! (The DND sessions will begin after YULE QUEST, when the full gang is in Los Angeles for IRL recording)

RADIO: A VS PODCAST Precursor will begin soon thereafter… Will test both INFORMATIVE (process and history based) as well as more COMEDY BASED (hour long radio) formats. Basically, I’d like to tell you how I got the tour, and what my workflow is! I’d also like to explore an ALL AUDIO format for pure joke purposes. One of my favorite videos is the RICHARD ROSES SLEEP TAPE. More of that! (Audiobook style)

LIVE: We’ve gathered a comprehensive list of all playable venues to revisit, as well as potential venues within previously unvisited states. Depending on how the prior projects land, we may hit the road again in 2023 for a bigger and better performance circuit! It’d be a brand new show for GENERAL AUDIENCE, with the VIP EXPERIENCE being reserved for CLASSIC HITS MEDLEY as well as some even rarer secrets… The April-May 2022 national tour was a true learning experience (alongside being a smash hit) and we’re excited to implement our newfound TOURING PROWESS ASAP.

YOUTUBER SERIES: After Yule Quest, we’re jumping into a fully fledged BASTARD RACER REBOOT. From hundreds of ideas, my co-writer Travis and I have narrowed it down to 25 outlines (only 8 of which will be 11 minute episodes. The idea is to capture the manic energy (of the original), paired with the sentimental moments (of the original) and take a crack at independent TELEVISION DIRECTING to build a portfolio so we might woo a savvy investor into taking a chance on a BIG BUDGET PICTURE… Currently reviewing CGI VFX guys to animate race sequences (initial D style) as well as costumers to refine the current look!

FILM: so far in the future, The White Rose movie is set to start filming August 2023, and will be done a hybrid of IRL and VIRTUAL production.

I may need a long rest come the NEW YEAR, but it will have been well worth it.

Traditional Content is so awful these days, thankfully we have these avenues to ascend.
