In this week's Naked Yoga Flow, we go through hip openers and gentle twists and unlike part one, I highly encourage you to stretch along with me especially if you're feeling particularly tight in your lower body. And remember to not to force or jam your body if you find the pose challenging, just adjust it to where you are comfortable. Do what you should do, now what you can do.
These poses are also perfect for shedding the weight of stress and tension. Often we get caught up on what was and what is to come when what really matters is what we have in the present. So however which way, I hope you take the time to unravel the knots not just physically but mentally by tapping into the present. Breathe In, Breathe Out... 😮💨
I hope you start your the week with a rejuvenated spirit and a body ready to take on whatever life brings your way. And like me at the end, remember to give yourself a long and loving hug, you deserve moments of self-care, self-love and empowerment. 💕
