This was filmed back when I was living in Vancouver a few months back, I make sure to keep up with my practice wherever I find myself. So regardless, I hope this inspires you to kick off this week with some positive energy and a reminder to move that body!
This short flow is slightly advanced but is awesome for your back strength, you can follow along with the first few minutes of active back stretching but I quickly transition into Reverse Planks and Backbends. Just follow what you feel like you should be doing, listen to that sexy body of yours. ☮
And if Naked Yoga isn't your thing I hope you still embrace the freedom and joy in concious movement. Whether it be a short and brisk walk, a dance party in your living room, or lifting something heavy. Let's make this week amazing starting from the inside out! 💪🧘♂ #MondayMotivation

Just subscribed and as a fan of naked yoga this was the first video of yours I viewed. Wow. Loved the music, the view, your movement, and your playfulness with the viewer.
