Hot/Cold Therapy in the Atacama Desert of Chile 🇨🇱
Added 2023-06-15 16:10:12 +0000 UTCAfter a long week of exploring the incredible nature attractions surrounding San Pedro de Atacama, I ended my travels with a soak in the jacuzzi alternating with cold therapy in the pool.
Being late fall in Chile at the time, it was quite brisk, but the benefits of putting your muscles through hot and cold therapy back to back are well-established. 🥰
Of course I can’t help but be me and flash at the end. 😂
