Naomi’s Best Workout Video
Added 2023-06-15 15:38:46 +0000 UTCI’ve shared quite a few exercise videos here, but I think this is my favorite. I rented a house in the jungle of the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica. I had monkeys in my trees every other day. Giant iguanas swam in my pool.
One day I decided to film one of my sweaty jungle workouts. There’s something primal about absorbing the energy of the jungle and using it to push my body to the max. This isn’t a performance for the camera so much as it is a look at what a typical workout looks like around my house. 😍
Have fun and cut loose my friends. Life is too short and too hard not to! 🥰

Exercise, you are always up for that expenditure of energy that keeps you in such wonderful shape. I'm afraid no matter how many times I watch you do it, it does not seem to be helping my stiffness at all. But I do enjoy watching you, so keep it up girl. 😊❣️
