A Dip in a Glacial River
Added 2023-01-17 13:16:58 +0000 UTCHere is the full version of my recovery swim in a glacial river after my hike to Laguna De Los Tres / Mount Fitzroy in Parque National Los Glaciares.
This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen, and I’ve been around. 😊
The hike was brutal. 20+ kilometers and the end is straight up for a long stretch. This felt so good on my aching muscles.
Water this cold is jolting but it has such healing properties if we just go for it. Enjoy my friends!
